HOW TO CONNECT CSCALP TO BINANCE QUARTER FUTURES

Instructions for connecting the CScalp scalper terminal to Binance for trading quarterly futures. To start setting up Quarterly Futures, a trader will need Binance's API Key and Secret, a futures wallet and CScalp installed.

Features of Binance Quarterly Futures
Quarterly futures are available as a separate connection in CScalp.
The first added instrument is BTCUSD Quarterly 0925. The name stands for the following:
• BTCUSD - underlying asset
• Quarterly 0925 - Expiration Indicator
Features:
1. The size of the contract is $100 for BTC, for the rest of the cryptocurrencies $10.
2. The leverage is displayed on the exchange website and can reach x125.
3. The value of a position is calculated using the formula: value = (contract size x contract multiplier) / entry price.
4. For example: the cost of a BTCUSD Quarterly 0925 position in long is = (5 contracts x $ 100) / $ 10,000 = 0.05 BTC

Important! When registering on Binance, do not forget to write down and save the "Secret Key" that you will receive in your account. The key is available for viewing only once.
1. Log in to your account on the exchange website
Log into your account on the Binance exchange website. However, they have the same "API Key" and "Secret Key". Keys are required for connecting to the platform. They play the role of a username and password.
2. Create futures wallet
Open the ‘’Wallet tab’’, then the ‘’Futures Wallet’’ tab.
Determine the amount of leverage for the account. Choose from three options.

Create "API Key" and "Secret Key"
1. Follow "API Management"
Hover over the avatar icon and follow API Management section.
Important! In order to create API keys, go through intermediate or extended verification.

2. Enter the name of the new key in "Give your API key a name"
On Binance, you can create two types of keys - HMAC and RSA. HMAC keys are regular API keys generated by the exchange, while RSA keys must be created by yourself. Instructions on how to create RSA keys and connect CScalp to Binance using them can be found here. In this article, we will cover the option of creating API keys through the exchange.

In the field 'Label API Key to proceed' enter the name of the new key. Then click 'Next'
3. Enter the verification code
If you have chosen to confirm by phone, click on "Get code" for email and phone. Then enter the received codes in the corresponding fields.

4. Check "API Restrictions"
After confirming the security check, you will see your "API Key" and "API Secret". Copy the Secret key to enter it in CScalp.
When setting trading permissions, there are two options: with IP binding and without binding. To set trading permissions without IP binding, you need to uncheck the security control elements activation checkbox.

A window will appear to confirm the refusal of the exchange keys in the Collection of API keys without binding to an IP address.
Check the box and click "Confirm"
After that, click "Confirm" again in the "Risk Warning" window.
To trade futures, you need to "enable" a special parameter on the exchange's website called "Enable Futures". You can adjust this parameter from your account.
Click "Edit restrictions". Add a parameter to the key that is responsible for trading on Binance. Check the box for "Enable Futures" and click "Save".
Make sure to check the box for "Enable Spot and Margin Trading".
Don't forget to fund your USDS-M futures wallet for trading. You can transfer funds to the futures wallet from the "Fiat and Spot Wallet" or the "Deposit Wallet". Instructions on how to deposit funds on Binance can be found here.
Congratulations, you have created an "API Key" and "API Secret". Now we move on to connecting CScalp to Binance Futures.
Note: The "Enable Futures" parameter is active for 90 days if no trusted IP address is specified. After this period, you will need to enable the parameter again.
To edit key permissions with an IP address binding, you need to first find out your IP address. This can be done through specialized websites, such as 2ip.ru.
After that, on the Binance website, when editing restrictions, check the box for "Allow access only from trusted addresses." Enter the IP address in the corresponding field and save it.
Note: that if you have a dynamic IP address, it will change when you restart your router. You will need to change the address in key permissions again. To avoid this, you need to connect a static IP, which is a service provided by your internet service provider.
Important! Fund your futures wallet to trade quarterly futures. in order to top up your wallet, switch the tab to COIN-M Futures in the "Futures Wallet" section.
Connect CScalp to Binance (Quarterly Futures)
1. Open the "Connections" tab in CScalp
Start the CScalp drive. Click the "Settings'' button, then select the "Connections" tab. Select Binance Quarterly Futures from this tab.
2. Enter "API Key" and "Secret Key"
Enter the received "API Key" in the "ApiKey" field. In the "ApiSecret" field – "Secret Key".

Click the Binance logo button. This is the activation of the connection. Upon successful authorization and access to the site, the field with the selected exchange will turn green (as in the picture).

4. Add an order book and select a ticker
Add the new order book after CScalp setting up will be done. In order to do this, click on the appropriate icon in the lower right corner.
Click on the order book area thereafter.
In the side menu of the window, specify the connection that you want to select.
Then select a ticker from the list or search. Done, Binance Trading Ticker Selected!

Common questions
The View mode is enabled in the connection settings. Turn off this mode in order to trade.
Make sure you entered the Secret API key correctly, or recreate the keys on the exchange and re-enter them in CScalp.
Check the correctness of the ApiKey and ApiSecret entries, make sure that there is a check mark next to the "Enable futures" item in the exchange's personal account.
Recreate the keys and the problem is resolved. Better to recreate through another browser (sometimes errors occur when creating through Google Chrome).

You cannot manage leverage in CScalp, it can only be done in the personal accounts of the exchange / brokers.
To fix the problem, temporarily use a connection to the exchange server without a proxy.
